Labourer
$20–$22/hr
Learns company procedures, works safely, arrives reliably and builds the core skills needed to advance.
Level 2
Landscape Technician
$23–$26/hr
Operates equipment safely, completes most routine work independently and represents the company professionally.
Level 3
Senior Technician
$26–$28/hr
Completes jobs independently, drives company vehicles, helps train newer employees and solves problems on site.
Level 4
Crew Leader / Foreman
$28–$30/hr
Leads the crew, communicates with customers, protects quality and equipment, and keeps work on schedule.

First Winter
Standard
Standard snow wage while you learn the route, equipment and expectations.
Second Winter
+$5/hr
For every snow hour worked after proving reliable during your first season.
Third Winter & Beyond
+$10/hr
For every snow hour worked as a proven returning member of our winter team.
Example: A Crew Leader earning $30/hr who qualifies for the third-winter premium would earn $40/hr during eligible snow work.
